The Gray Line of New York tour guides and ticket sellers' unit is defined as "all driver, lecturers, outdoor sales agents and NYU drivers un all of the Employer's garages, excluding office clerical help and supervirsory employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act" the NYU Drivers are upon information and belief not part of the merged Twin America entity. THE CURRENT CBA with IBT LOCAL 225, expires on November 15, 2011 C. The City Sights unit is defined as "all full time & part time Drivers, Ticket Agents and Tour Guides" THE CURRENT CBA with USWA, LOCAL 1212 expires on May 19, 2011 D. Pursuant to Martin Marjetta Corp, 270 NLRB 821 (1984); Boston Gas Co, 221 NLRB 628 (1975), there us a presently existing a Question of Representation, and the petitioning entity TWU Local 255 request that an election be promptly directed. E. Local 225, the petitioning entity, believes that the most appropriate unit is "all full and part time lecturers, tour guides, outdoor sales agents, ticket agents, drivers and maintenance employees: of the various now-merged employing entities particularly including Twin America, LLC
