EXCLUDED: All office clerical, professional, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all mechanics, landfill heavy equipment operators, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All workers doing laborers bargaining unit work under the master labor agreement with the Washington & Northern Idaho District Council of Laborers. Excluded: All other workers that are covered by another collective bargaining agreement and office staff clerical and guards as defined by the act.
