Unit Sought: 8/11/2010 To the National Labor Relations Board: This letter is to inform you that the Employees of Genesis HealthCare the Long Green Center wish to remove 1199 SEIU Union from representing us. We no longer wish to be covered by the union. We wish to decertify the 1199 SEIU Union here at Long Green. We wish that Genesis withdraw recognition from this union immediately and not enter into any other contract. Therefore, please except the enclosed signed petition to start the process of removing the 1199 SEIU. If a vote is need please inform us as to how we should proceed.
