Unit Sought: Included: All employees who perform or are hired to performs any of the services covered by Article II, Jurisdiction, in the 2007-2012 collective bargaining agreement. Excluded: All other employees, including plumbers, operating engineers, clerical, guards and supervisors.

Unit Sought: All Full Time and Part Time EMTs, Paramedics, Lieutenants, Call Takers, Dispatchers, Vehicle Service Technicians (VST), Para transit employees (Wheel Chair), and auditors employed by the employer and working in or deployed in and out of the Employer's facilities in Arvada, Aurora, Sheridan, Colorado Springs, Boulder Springs, and Littleton, Colorado. Excluded: All other personnel including guards, supervisors, managers, captains, mechanics, professional employees, clerical employees, and all other personnel excluded by the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
