Unit Sought: Attachment A: The term "employee" as used in this Agreement applies to all the technical employees of the Company wherever located, employed in the Engineering department of the Company, and shall be deemed to include all of the employees who arein the classifications set forth in Article A-III and all employees in additional classifications which may be added to Article A-III during the term of this Agreement pursuant to the jurisdiction of the Union as defined in the Agreement. Attachment B: The term "employee" as used in this Agreement applies to all the technical employees of he Company wherever located, employed in the Engineering department of the Company, and shall be deemed to include all of the employees who are in the classifications set forth in Article A-III, including, but not limited to, all employees who perform technical work and/or functions in television control rooms, "and all other employees in additional classifications which may be added to Article A-III during the term of this Agreement pursuant to the jurisdiction of the Union as defined in this Agreement. *Proposed new language is in bold italtics.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time security officers. Excluded: All other employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full time and regular part time Building Service workers, including porters, doormen, concierges, and superintendents Excluded: Guards and Clerical employees managers and supervisors as defined in the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Life Lion transport paramedics employed by the Employer at its 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA facility Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDING: all full-time and regular part-time Pipeline Technicians, Facility Technicians, Mechanical Technicians, Corrosion Protection Technicians, Electronic Instrumentation & Controls (EI&C) Technicians (also referred to as Electronics & Instrumentation E&I Technicians), Facility Lead, Office Administrators, Fieldwork Planners and Safety employees who work along the employer's Keystone Pipeline System employees who work along the employer's Keystone Pipeline System in the United States; and EXCLUDING: all office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included- All full-time and regular part-time bus drivers and aides (including remote locations and park-outs) Excluded- All other employees including mechanics/technicians, dispatechers, professional employees,office clerical employees, data entry employees, administrative employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time electricians located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined under the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time security officers, sergeants and lead security officers acting under the title of lieutenant, performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(B)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, Employed by Allied Universal; Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
