Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time employees in the employer's operations department based in San Diego, CA, including all able bodied seamen, captains, chief engineers, engineers, first officers, mates, and qualified members of engineering department (QMEDs) Excluded: Office clerical and professional employees, guards, managers and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees, employed by the Employer at the locations listed in 2.b above, in the following classifications: Drivers, waste/recycling/organics collectors, commercial drivers, utility drivers, semi-drivers, sweepers, helpers, sorters, vehicle and equipment maintenance, general laborers, heavy equipment operators, leads, customer service representatives, collections representatives and dispatchers. Excluded: All other employees, directors, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All fulltime and part time Employees, employed as, Concrete pump operators, operators and telebelt operators. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
