Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem registered nurses providing direct patient care, employed by the Employer. Excluded: All other employees, RN educators, infection control RNs, nurse practitioners, case managers, diabetes care managers, discharge planners, stroke team coordinators, information systems employees, occupational health RNs, traveler RNs, RNs employed by registries or other agencies providing outside labor to the Employer, office clerical employees, nurse administrators, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time, part time and per diem Registered Nurses employed by Penn Highlands Dubois at the Acute Care Hospital located at 100 Hospital Avenue, Dubois, including the Behavorial Health department located at the East Campus at 635 Maple Ave, Dubois. Exlcuded: All other professional employees, technical employees, service and maintenance, skilled maintenance, business clericals, guards, confidential employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: "Term faculty," "NRF," "Distinguished Term:" A vote in favor of union representation is a vote to be added to the existing unit known as the Emerson College Chapter of the American Association of University Professors ("ECCAAUP") (currently comprised of "All full-time teaching faculty members excluding Department Chairs, part-time faculty members, administrators, deans, non-teaching professionals, librarians and library employees, coaches, faculty on Term Contracts, and all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act"). The ECCAAUP continues in existence. By agreement, included in the group to vote on inclusion in the ECCAAUP Unit are all Term Faculty and all Non-renewable Term Faculty ("NRF"). There are, in addition, nine individuals with the title "Distinguished Term Faculty." Of these, four (Professors Carl, Dower, Ketner, and Randolph) were issued staff contracts, and the union agrees that these four should be excluded. The ECCAAUP wishes to include the five additional individuals with the title of Distinguished Term Faculty, while the employer wishes to exclude all nine individuals holding the Distinguished Term Faculty title. The parties have agreed that the five contested Distinguished Term Faculty shall be permitted to vote subject to the employer's challenge.

Excluded: All other employees, directors, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. 6.a – Description of Proposed Unit Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its Santa Rosa, Cotati, Petaluma, Healdsburg, Guerneville, Sonoma, Annapolis, and Novato, California facilities in the following classifications: Drivers, Waste/Recycling/Organics Collectors, Commercial Drivers, Utility Drivers, Semi-Drivers, Sweepers, Helpers, Sorters, Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance, General Laborers, Heavy Equipment Operators, Leads, and Customer Service Representatives, Collection Representatives, Billing Representatives, and Dispatchers. Excluded: All other employees, directors, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: Commercial drivers EXCLUDED: All other employees including warehouse employees, professionals, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time LPNs, behavioral health tecks, unit clerks, admissions clerks, and admissions coordinators. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Electronic Maintenance Technicians, Quality Assurance Representatives, Welders, and Leads employed by General Dynamics Land Systems at its location at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Regional Logistics Center. Excluded: All other employees, personnel with access to classified employee information, office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time armed and unarmed security officers employed by the employer. Excluded: Clerical, managerial, salaried, and supervisory personnel as defined by the act.
