Unit Sought: The Petitioner currently represents an existing unit of all full-time and regular part-time services technicians (known as Broadband Technicians I, Broadband Technicians II, Broadband Technicians III, and Broadband Technicians IV- Team Captain), and all such field service technicians on temporary or long-term assignment to other departments at the Employer’s facilities. Employees in the following voting unit are eligible to vote in a self-determination election to indicate whether or not they wish to be included in the existing technical unit: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Crew Chief, Lineman, Technician & Cable Pullers working in the Construction Department out of the Bethpage facility, residual to the existing unit of technicians represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No.1049 at the Bethpage facility. Excluded: All other employees (other than those included in the existing technical unit represented by the Petitioner), guards and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.
