Excluded: All other employees including professional employees, managerial employees, guards, supervisors, and other employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time warehouse employees, including material handlers and leads; quality control employees, including batchers, sanitation techs (janitorial and recycling), and lab techs; production employees, including machine operators, forklift drivers, receivers and leads; and maintenance employees (including mechanics).
