Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and part-time employees in the following classifications: Avionics, Engine Shop, Ground Service Equipment, QA Inspectors, Librarians, Parts Department, Supply Department, Flight Manager, and Flight Operations employed by the Employer at its operations at the facility located at 2300 Horizon Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76117. Excluded: All other employees, including Service Technicians, Trainer Pilots, Training Department, IT, Acquisitions, salaried employees, managers, confidential employees, office clericals, guards and supervisors by the National Labor Relations Act. THIS WILL BE A MAIL BALLOTS ELECTION: The election will be conducted, in part, by United States mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit from the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, at 4:45 p.m. CST, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received by the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16 Office by 4:45 p.m. CST on Monday, December 29, 2025. The mail ballots will be commingled with the manual election ballots and counted by the Region 16 Office at 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, by videoconference, provided the count can be safely conducted on that date and at the Regional Director’s discretion. Voters must sign the outside of the envelope in which the ballot is returned. Any ballot received in an envelope that is not signed will automatically be void. In order to be valid and counted, the returned ballots must be received in the Region 16 Office prior to counting the ballots. Those employees who believe that they are eligible to vote and did not receive a ballot in the mail by Wednesday , December 10, 2025, as well as those employees who require a duplicate mail ballot, should communicate immediately with the National Labor Relations Board by calling the Region 16 Office at (817) 978-2921.

Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Production Techs I, Production Techs II, Production Techs III, Engineering Techs I, Engineering Techs II, and Maintenance Tech I employed by the Employer at 6000 James Watson Dr, Hercules CA; Production Techs I, Production Techs II, Production Techs III, Maintenance Technicians II, Maintenance Technicians III, and Maintenance Tech IV employed by the Employer at 925 Alfred Nobel Dr, Hercules, CA; Maintenance Tech III and Maintenance Technicians IV employed by the Employer at 4000 Alfred Nobel Dr, Hercules, CA; and Maintenance Technicians III and Maintenance Technicians IV employed by the Employer at 3110 Regatta Blvd, Richmond CA; Excluding temporary Maintenance Technicians II and IV employed by the employment agency Nelson Staffing, casual or irregular employees, independent contractors, professional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote The parties have agreed that the production employees working in USA RIC B3310 and USA HER B800 may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether Karri Crutcher is included or excluded from the bargaining unit and this individual may vote in the election, but her ballot shall be challenged since her eligibility has not been resolved. The eligibility or inclusion of this individual will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
