Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time, regular part-time and per diem employees in the following classifications employed by the Employer out of its facility located at 1860 Milmont Dr., Milpitas, CA 95035, the sole facility involved herein: IC RN 5 Expert, IC RN4 Advanced, RN Clinical Nurse II, RN Staff Per Diem, Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT), Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) Advanced, Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) Per Diem, Patient Care Technician Trainee, LVN, LVN Per Diem, and Environmental Services Technician; excluding Center Managers, Assistant Center Managers, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Employees working in the Clinical Administrative Coordinators, Lead Biomedical Technicians, and Biomedical Technicians are neither included in, nor excluded from, the bargaining unit covered by this certification inasmuch as the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of individuals in this classification or group, but agreed to vote them subject to challenge and resolution of their inclusion or exclusion was unnecessary because their ballots were not determinative of the election results.
