Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time drivers, stockers and warehouse personnel employees employed by the Employer who work in Section B of the Employer’s 470 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey facility, but excluding sales employees, office clerical employees, employees who work in Section A of the Employer’s 470 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey facility, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees. In the event a majority of the full-time and regular part-time drivers, stockers and warehouse personnel employees who work in Section B of the Employer’s 470 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey facility vote for representation by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 11, which currently represents employees who work in Section A of the Employer’s 470 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey facility, the following unit will constitute an appropriate collective bargaining unit within Section 9(b) of the Act: All full-time and part-time drivers, stockers and warehouse personnel employees employed by the Employer at its 470 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey facility, but excluding sales employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees. If a majority of the votes of the full-time and regular part-time drivers, stockers and warehouse personnel employees who work in Section B of the Employer’s 470 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey facility are not cast for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 11, they will be taken to have indicated their desire to remain outside the unit and unrepresented, and the Regional Director of Region 22 of the National Labor Relations Board will issue a Certification of Results to that effect.
