In the event the majority of the voting Professionals (Voting Group A) vote to be included in a unit with nonprofessional employees (Voting Group B), the following combined unit is appropriate. COMBINED UNIT All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Registered Nurses and Community Residence Counselors employed by the Employer at its at its Princeton, Massachusetts facility; but excluding all Community Residence Counselors, Utility Mechanics, Therapists (Case Managers, Clinical Social Workers, Group Facilitators, Staff Psychologists, and Post-doctoral Fellows), office clerical employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
