VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time, regular part-time, and eligible per diem employees in the following classifications employed by the Employer out of its facility located at 2121 Alexian Drive, Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95116, the sole facility herein: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT); CCHT Advanced; CCHT Master; Patient Care Technician (PCT) Trainee; and Environmental Services Technician (EST); excluding professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees, including those employed in the classifications of Guest Attendant, Guest Attendant Shift Lead & Trainer, Line Cook, Bar Crew Member, Bar Crew Shift Lead & Trainer, Specialty Bartender, Dishwasher, Concierge, Concierge Shift Lead & Trainer, and Kitchen Shift Lead & Trainer, employed by the Employer at its facility located at 8905 Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, Colorado 80031. Excluded: Office clerical employees, managers, professional employees, guards, and supervisors, as defined in the Act. Others Permitted to Vote: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether employees employed in the Technical Engineer or Supervisor classifications at the Westminster facility are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit, and individuals in those classifications may vote in the election but their ballots shall be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
