Excluded: All physicians, professional employees (except registered nurses), technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, guards, nonprofessional employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act. If a majority of the valid ballots are cast for SEIU Wisconsin, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing Registered Nurse bargaining unit currently represented by SEIU Wisconsin. If a majority of the valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
