Excluded: Business office clerical employees, office clerical employees, Registered Nurses, all other professionals, technical employees, non-professional employees, physicians and podiatrists who work less than 20% of their time at the Employer facilities identified above, confidential employees, managerial employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.
