Voting Unit (Unit A): All undergraduate students enrolled at Smith College who are employed in Dining Services; but excluding all other employees, including non-student employees, managerial employees, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. ELIGIBLE VOTERS: Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who were employed during the payroll period ending December 2, 2023, and have worked an average of four (4) hours per week or more in dining services since the start of the 2023-2024 academic year, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off.

Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time member services field representatives employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 110 Saugstad Road, Westby, Wisconsin and E17325 State Hwy 82/33, Hillsboro, WI 54634, Wisconsin; but excluding office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, meter readers, independent contractors, employees already represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 953, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 953, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing outside construction, service and maintenance employee unit employed at the Employer’s Westby and Hillsboro, Wisconsin, facilities currently represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 953. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
