Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time Road Supervisors and Dispatchers at the Employer’s Greensboro, North Carolina facility. Excluded: All other employees, Lead Dispatch Supervisors, Training Supervisors, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time armed and unarmed detention security officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, who are employed by the Employers at the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) El Paso Processing Center in El Paso, TX. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All hosts, announcers, DJs, mixers, and other employees who regularly perform on-air services for stations KLAX­FM and/or KXOL-FM, at or out of the Employer's facility located at 5055 W. Wilshire Blvd., Ste. 740, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Excluded: All other employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended.

Voting Unit (Unit A): INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time food service workers employed by the Employer at its Springfield School District facilities. EXCLUDED: Managers, management trainees, receptionists, nutritionists, registered or licensed dieticians, students, executive chefs, chef managers, chefs, employees of other employers, subcontractors, all other employees not specifically identified above, office clericals, supervisors, guards, and confidential employees as defined in the Act.
