Excluded: All other employees, Registered Nurses (RN), Charge RNs I, Home Therapy Employees (including Home Therapy Registered Nurse; Home Therapy LPN/LVN; Home Therapy Patient Care Technician; and Home Therapy Care Team Assistant), Charge RNs II, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, managerial, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. EXCLUDED: All Sales, Engineers, Estimators, Field Foremen, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards and exempt managerial employees and exempt supervisors as defined by the Act. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: The parties have agreed that the Detailers, Drivers, and Shop/Plant Foreman employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 19300 Oil Center Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77073 may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classification are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
