Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses employed by the Employer and working at its Building A - Duluth Clinic - 1st Street, which is located at 420 E 1st St., Duluth, MN 55805; excluding Registered Nurses working primarily at all other clinics; Registered Nurses who work primarily at an acute-care facility; Registered Nurses who work exclusively remotely, including Registered Nurses who work exclusively remotely as gastroenterology patient navigators; Clinical Research Registered Nurses; all other professional employees, all technical employees, all managerial employees, all guards, and all supervisors as defined by the Act; employees already represented by the Petitioner; and all other employees. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Registered Nurses who are supervised out of the Building A – Duluth Clinic – 420 E 1st Street, Duluth, Minnesota, but work at the Employer’s Hermantown Clinic may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
