All other employees, confidential employees, professional employees, office clerical employees, managers and supervisors as defined in the Act. The parties were unable to agree on the appropriateness of inclusion/exclusions on the General Clerk II and PT General Clerk II positions. Accordingly, the two persons filling said positions shall be permitted to vote subject to challenge.
