Voting Unit (Unit A): All full time, regular part time, and per diem (who worked an average of 4 hours per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for this election) service and maintenance employees, including Certified Nurses Aides, Cooks, Housekeepers, Developmental Trainer Assistants, Developmental Trainers, Social Services Designee, and Facilities Director, employed by the Employer at its Elizabeth Levinson Center Intermediate Care Facility located at 159 Hogan Road, Bangor, Maine, but excluding managerial employees, professional employees, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, qualified mental retardation professional, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. The parties stipulate and agree that the positions of Developmental Trainers, Social Services Designee, and Facilities Director will vote subject to challenge, and that any party may bring a unit clarification petition if needed to adjudicate the inclusion or exclusion of any of these positions in the unit.
