Others Permitted to Vote: The parties have agreed that Nurses, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Assistants, and Vocational Instructors may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. Excluding all other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
