THOSE NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE: All other employees, office, clerical employees, supervisors, and guards as defined in the Act. DATE, HOURS AND PLACE OF ELECTION The election will be conducted through the United States Mail. Mail ballots will be deposited in the U.S. Mail on May 19, 2011 and must be received at the Tampa Regional office by the close of business at 4:30 p.m. on June 8, 2011. If you believe you are an eligible voter and you do not receive a ballot by May 26, 2011, immediately contact the Elections Department of the Tampa Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board, telephone (813) 228-2641 or (813) 228-2643. The mail ballot envelopes will be opened and counted on June 9, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. at the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Suite 530, 201 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, Florida.
