DATE, HOURS AND PLACE OF ELECTION The election will be conducted through the United States Mail. Mail ballots will be deposited in the U.S. Mail on May 19, 2011 and must be received at the Tampa Regional office by the close of business at 4:30 p.m. on June 8, 2011.
