If a majority of valid ballts are cast for the Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing service and maintenance employee bargaing unit currently represented by the Petitioner at the Employer's Mercy Campus located at 1500 E. Sherman Boulevard, Muskegon, Michigan. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
