Excluded: All Marketing and Communications Managers, Training and Development Coordinators, Wellness Coordinators, 340B Coordinators, Grant Coordinators, Housing Coordinators, Human Resources, Prevention Coordinators, Executive Assistants, Clinical Supervisor for Care Services, Case Manager Supervisors, Office Managers, Executive Directors, confidential employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, and professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who have worked on two productions for a total of five days in the past year, preceding the payroll period end date of September 27, 2024.
