Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time hourly paid employees employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 12100 Glen Road, Potomac, Maryland 20854, but excluding all other employees, seasonal employees, IT Departments employees, HR Department employees, Library/Archives Department employees, salaried employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, casual employees, temporary employees, guards, managerial employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the following individuals may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not yet been resolved: Community Engagement EPP Assistant Andrea DesJardins, Curatorial Assistant Ariana Kaye, Guide Tia Kescoli, Bookstore Clerk Khan Chazmeena, and Guide Elizabeth Shaw. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, necessary, following the election.
