The parties have agreed that the dispatcher at the South Sound facility will vote subject to challenge. In the event the challenged ballots are sufficient in number to affect the outcome of the election, the eligibility of the challenged voters will be determined by the Board in post-election proceedings. All other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
