OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether Lead Healthcare Techs are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit, and individuals in that classification may vote subject to challenge. Additionally, no decision has been made as to whether any or all Casual employees work enough hours to be defined under the Act (Davison-Paxon) as regular part-time employees and thus, Casual employees may vote subject to challenge. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
