Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the following individuals may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved: Lead Truck Driver Andre Butler; Director of Major Gifts Melodie DeMulling; Manager of Health Equity Gillian Kimura; Senior Major Gifts Officer Marissa Koonce; Accounting Manager Vy Nguyen; Lead Coordinator Warehouse Operations Michael Okoro; Director of Major Gifts Becca Stein; and Executive Assistant Liz Weihbrecht. Excluded: All physicians, registered nurses, professional employees, non-professional employees, technical employees, business office clerical employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. 1. The parties agree that per-diem employees that have worked an average of four (4) hours per week during the thirteen (13) weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election are eligible to vote.
