COMBINATION MAIL-MANUAL; The mail ballots will be mailed to those employees "stationed away" from the Employer's distribution facility located in Schertz, TX, and employed in appropriate collective-bargaining unit, from the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, on Friday, January 11, 2013. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received in the National Labor Relations Board, Region office by close of business on Monday, January 28, 2013. The mail ballots will be commingled and tallied with those ballots cast in the secret ballots election, in the break room at the Employer's distribution center located at 5800 Tri-County Parkway in Schertz, Texas, at 5:00 p.m. on January 30, 2013. If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise requires a duplicate mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Region office by later than 4:45p.m. on January 18, 2013, in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee.
