Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time* building and construction laborers employed by the Employer at various New Jersey jobsites, but excluding all office clerical employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. *employees who are not working at any jobsite on the date of the election are eligible to vote if they meet one of the following criteria as described in Steiny and Company, 308 NLRB 1223 (1992) a. They have been employed for at least 30 days within the 12 months preceding the eligibility date; b. They have been employed some time during the past 12 months, and they have been employed at least 45 days within the 24 months preceding the eligibility date.
