If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1837, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit of employees subject to the June 1, 2010-May 31, 2013 collective-bargaining agreement between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1837 and Public Service Company of New Hampshire. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1837, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
