The parties agree that for the purpose of eligibility in this election, per diem employees must work an average of four hours per week over the thirteen weeks preceding the payroll period for eligibility date in order to be eligible. 2. There is a dispute as to whether Sandy Rexhouse should be included in the appropriate collective bargaining unit. The parties have reserved the right to challenge her eligibility and to resolve her status in a post-election proceeding, if necessary.
