If a majority of employees in Group B vote “Yes” to question 1, they will be so included and their votes on question 2 will then be counted together with those of the employees in Group A.
If a majority of employees in Group B vote “No” to question 1, their votes will be separately counted to determine whether they wish to be represented in a separate professional unit.
