If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the Petitioner, Local Union 465, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the established bargaining unit currently represented by the Petitioner as described in the collective-bargaining agreement between the Employer and the Petitioner expiring on August 31, 2026. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
