If a majority of valid ballots are cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the desire to be included in the existing unit of clerical and administrative support classifications represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 420 and 457. If a majority of valid ballots are cast against representation, they will be taken to have indicated the desire to remain unrepresented.
