Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Excluded: All other employees, service and maintenance employees, skilled maintenance employees, registered nurses, confidential employees, physicians, residents, central business office employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialist, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance and/or quality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
