The Parties are unable to agree on the inclusion or exclusion of the maintenance employee in the bargaining unit. The Parties have agreed that the maintenance employee will vote subject to challenge.. In the event that the challenged ballots are sufficient in number to affect the outcome of the election, the Board will determine the eligibility of the challenged voters in these classifications in post-election proceedings.
