Voting Unit (Unit A): All part-time graduate and undergraduate faculty (adjuncts, lecturers or instructors) employed by St. Michael's College at its Main Campus, 1 Winooski Park, Colchester, Vermont, currently teaching at least one credit-bearing course (including hybrid and blended courses) including any English as a second language course, and who are compensated on a per course basis. An employee working for the College in another capacity who also teaches at least one credit-bearing course identified above and is compensated on a per-course basis shall not cause that employee to lose status as a bargaining unit member unless expressly excluded.
