Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full time, and part-time registered nurses employed by the Employer at the following locations: Inspira Medical Center of Woodbury located at 509 North Broad Street, Woodbury, New Jersey; Inspira Medical Office Building located at 17 W. Red Bank Ave., Woodbury, NJ; and Inspira Medical Arts Building located at 52 W. Red Bank Ave, Woodbury, NJ; including paramedic nurses, population care coordinators, cancer services coordinators, employee health nurses, IV Therapy nurses, and per diem nurses who worked for the Employer an average of four or more hours a week, in an eligible unit classification, in the 13 week period preceding the eligibility date of August 29, 2014. Excluded: Clinical educators, CPI Instructors, Clinical Documentation specialists, clinical resource RN, clinical outcomes manager, RN Admission Coordinator, Nurse Auditors, System Analysts, Performance Improvement Coordinators, Quality Performance Improvement Specialist, Infection Control Nurses, LPNs, nursing assistants, orderlies, technicians, pharmacists, administrative employees, students, agency nurses, maintenance employees, directors, and Registered Nurses not employed by Inspira Medical Center Woodbury Inc., and all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. The following employees may vote subject to challenge by the parties: CEED Case Manager, Transition Coach, Case Manager, Emergency Department Care Coordinator, Patient Educators, Nurse Practitioners, and RNs working at the Inspira Family Medicine Center located at 75 W. Red Bank Ave., Woodbury, NJ. Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who were employed during the payroll period ending immediately preceding approval of this Agreement by the Regional Director, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on family or medical leave, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off. The payroll period for eligibility is for the period ending on August 29, 2014.
