*The bargaining and representational obligation to any such dual status employee shall extend only to the employment of such employee as an Adjunct and not as to any other employment such individual may have with the College. The parties agree that for purposes of this election, to be eligible to vote the employee must have taught a course of at least one credit hour in the period September 2013 to date (Fall 2013, Spring 2014, and Summer 2014 semesters).
