The following employees may vote subject to challenge by the parties: CEED Case Manager, Transition Coach, Case Manager, Emergency Department Care Coordinator, Patient Educators, Nurse Practitioners, and RNs working at the Inspira Family Medicine Center located at 75 W. Red Bank Ave., Woodbury, NJ.
Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who were employed during the payroll period ending immediately preceding approval of this Agreement by the Regional Director, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on family or medical leave, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off. The payroll period for eligibility is for the period ending on August 29, 2014.
