Voting Unit (Unit A): All per-diem registered nurses who are currently not represented by the union, who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the date the Regional Director’s Decision is issued who are employed by the Employer at its 7170 Lafayette Avenue, Fort Washington, PA facility, excluding all other employees, employees in the existing collective-bargaining unit (full-time and regular part-time registered and graduate staff nurses and charge nurses who routinely work 16 or more hours weekly), guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. The parties agree to an election pursuant to Armour & Co., 40 NLRB 1332 (1942); Globe Machine & Stamping Co., 3 NLRB 294 (1937), and that if a majority of valid ballots are cast for Brooke Glen Nurses Association/PASNAP, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of full-time and regular part-time registered and graduate staff nurses and charge nurses represented by Brooke Glen Nurses Association/PASNAP. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
