Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that lead drivers and dispatchers may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time, part-time and seasonal production employees, including all stagehands, carpenters, electricians, scenic artists, properties, sound, audio visual, hair and makeup, and wardrobe employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 2910 La Jolla Village Drive, La Jolla, California. Excluded: All other employees, all employees represented by other labor organizations, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who have worked for the Employer on at least two productions during the six months prior to September 13, 2015, or for at least 104 hours during the six months prior to September 13, 2015, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off.
