Pastoria Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94086, the sole facility herein: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT); CCHT Advanced; CCHT Master; CCHT Per Diem; and Environmental Services Tech (EST); excluding professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
