Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Thrift Shop Managers and Data Entry Employees, may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.

Others permitted to vote The parties have agreed that trainers and inventory control coordinators may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All non-supervisory registered nurses (RNs) who are regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per biweekly period, and also including In-House Registry RNs who are available to the Employer for work equivalent to no less than forty (40) hours per six (6) week period if working eight (8) or ten (10) hour shifts or who are available to the Employer for work equivalent to no less than thirty-six (36) hours per six (6) week period if working twelve (12) hour shifts, employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 355 E. Grand Ave., Chicago, IL 60611. Excluded: All other employees, including any registered nurses (RNs) at other Employer locations; all employees of other employers, including Ingalls Memorial Hospital, The University of Chicago and The University of Chicago Medical Center; all confidential, casual, office clerical, and managerial employees; guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
