Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Surgical Technicians employed by the Employer at its acute care hospital located at 3300 Oakdale Avenue North, Robbinsdale, Minnesota; excluding professional employees, managerial employees, all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION – HEALTHCARE MINNESOTA, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing LPN unit currently represented by SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION – HEALTHCARE MINNESOTA. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
