Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full time and regular part time Warehouse persons, and Leads employed by the Employer at its 49 Station Road, Cranbury, NJ facility. Excluded: All confidential employees, managers, guards, professionals and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Facilities Engineers may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time salaried non-exempt Quality Testers employed by the Employer at the facility located at 7200 Harris Legacy Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 220, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing collective bargaining unit as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case 16-RC-352375 on November 12, 2024. The existing unit includes all maintenance, stockroom, and production employees, including working foremen and manufacturing trainers employed by the Employer at the facility located at 7200 Harris Legacy Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76104; but excluding all other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
