Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time, regular part-time and per diem health care professional employees employed by the Employer at its Baltimore, Columbia, Randallstown, Glen Burnie and Easton, Maryland facilities including all behavioral health consultants, pharmacists, case managers II, substance abuse consultants, nurse practitioners, staff physicians, case managers I, nurse care managers, physician assistants, intensive case managers, trans health coordinators, certified nurse midwifes, sexual health nurses, OB/GYN physicians, adherence nurses, dentists, infectious disease physicians, manager behavioral health training, lead staff psychologists, lead behavioral consultants, lead behavioral health consultants, and staff psychiatrist; but excluding all office employee, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that - dental hygienists, community outreach counselor/SAGE/CAP, LHRC education coordinator, care resource coordinators I, outreach worker I, and outreach worker II - may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
