Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who have worked for the Employer on at least two productions during the six months prior to September 13, 2015, or for at least 104 hours during the six months prior to September 13, 2015, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off.
